I went into the Ann Taylor Loft, in Acton MA expecting an attitude with the service because I had a return.. I was shocked to be greeted very nicely, then I went to the desk and Alissa right away said hello and how can I help you.. She saw that I had a return and it was a little complicated because my daughter bought the clothes on line and I was returning them and reordering them in a different size.. She was so patient with me and so friendly, and actually some of the other sales people walk to the desk and I said, do you to work with me, we all laughed.. It was the best experience I have ever had in this store.. Allissa was super helpful and had a smile on her face the whole time..You must have new staff and I will definitely shop there agin
I have shopped Ann Taylor for many years and it is still my go-to place for petite and business clothing. With the COVID situation, I have done mostly online shopping. I had a couple of hiccups with their website, but overall, I’ve never encountered any major issues with purchases or returns. Praying they stay in business because I wouldn’t know where else to shop for petite clothes that fit my frame.
